Collaborative Law is a new and exciting way to finalize a divorce case, without going to court. Since I started practicing in North Carolina, I’ve notice that the Family Law courts are dominated by litigation attorneys who are strongly advocating for their clients and at the same time creating a lot of needless stress and anxiety for the clients and their families. I believe there is a better way to practice family law, which is why I have created this website – to inform the public about their options when it comes to resolving their divorce in a more amicable and less stressful way, without using the court system.
I invite you to peruse this site, as well as my sister site at JamesHartLaw.com. I just launched this site at the end of August 2010, so I will be adding a lot of new and exciting content in the weeks and months to come, including ebooks, ecourses and more information about the benefits of collaborative divorce. However, my other site is a little more established at this point and has more “general information” about divorce.
If you have any questions, or would like to talk to us about the various ways that you and your spouse can resolve your divorce without going to court, then please feel free to fill out the contact form on the right hand side of the page or call us at (919) 460-5422.
Thank you – and we look forward to helping you resolve your case, without using the court system.
Sincerely yours,
James Hart
